This particular song could be the ultimate jam for countless sociopaths and stalkers, for all we know.

You want violence, fear, sexual objectification; this song has it all! The music video went through a lot of controversies for the obvious reasons. It shows a woman being stalked as the songs’ lyrics creates an even vividerย picture. “Animals” is a song by American pop rock band Maroon 5ย from their album, V. This is one of the most successful songs by the band but needless to say, the criminal creepy activity here should not be confused with romance.
3. I Will Possess You – Death Cab For Cutie
“How I wish you could see the potential,/the potential of you and me/It’s like a book elegantly bound,/but in a language that you can’t read just yet/You gotta spend some time love, you gotta spend some time with me/And I know that you’ll find love, I will possess your heart”
“I Will Possess Your Heart” byย American band Death Cab for Cutie depicts a one-sided obsessive relationship and it makes it one of the creepiest songs about love. The song was nominated for the 2009 Grammy Award for Best Rock Song and the video won the 2008 MTV Video Music Award for Best Editing.ย The music video follows scenes of a young woman traveling alone around the world and a stalker capturing her in videos all the time. It’s a song completely suited to the stalkers’ POV.
4. Beautiful Dangerous – Slash ft. Fergie
“I don’t know who you are now/Mystery drenches my brain/I wanna jump deep into your mouth/‘Cause something tells me it’s gonna rain/Now we’re on this planet/I’m in love with all your dangers”
“Beautiful Dangerous” is a songย by current Guns N’ Rosesย guitarist, Slash. It features Fergie andย catapulted to the number 11 spot on the Heatseekers Songs chart. The video and lyrics of the song have a crazy concept. The video first depicts Slash at a strip clubย where Fergie – a stripper herself – flirts with him and drops a pillย into his drink. They head to a hotel and Slash is tied to a bed which follows Fergie kissing him and threatening him with a knife. In the end, she stabs Slash. So yeah, there’s that.
5. Invisible – Clay Aiken
โWhat she doin’ tonight? /I wish I could be a fly on your wall/If I was invisible/And I could just watch you in your room/If I was invincible/I’d make you mine tonightโ
“Invisible” peaked at number eight on the Billboard Adult Contemporary and at number 37 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts in 2004. The Gold certified song is, without aย doubt, the ultimate stalkersโ anthem. The funny thing is, it camouflages into a catchy song loved by all. The song is famous, clearly for all the wrong reasons from our vision.
6. Obsession – Sky Ferreira
“I’ll fixate you, till you never let me go,ย So I can feed your addiction in the stereo/ย So here’s my confession,ย Don’t just want you to love me,ย I want to be your obsession/Ain’t nothing wrong with OCDย as long as it’s for me, long as it’s for me”
This song says a lot of things and is super catchy. The scary part is that you will start singing along to the song and it will grow on you until you cease to find it wrong. It just becomes right, that’s the power. This song by the American singer-songwriter and modelย Sky Ferreira was written and produced by Ryan Tedder, Jerrod Bettis, and DJ Frank E. It peaked at number thirty-seven on Billboard‘s Hot Dance Club Songs in 2010.
7. I Wanna Have Your Babies – Natasha Bedingfield
“Gonna button my lip So the truth don’t slip/Gotta beep out what I really wanna shout/Woops Did I say it out loud, did you find out/I wanna have your babies/It’s serious like crazy/I wanna have your babies/I see ’em springing up like daisies”
Years have passed and this song isn’t any less creepier or crazier. As the British singer Natasha says, in the song, trust us when we say that what’s going on her mind in the music video will scare you. The video opens with a scene of Bedingfield working out in a gym with a male instructor and later when she says,ย “I Wanna Have Your Babies”,ย the instructor runs for his life. This continues with other guys in the video and at the end, there is a whole park full of babies. The song seems like a happy song, but we are sure you got the gist of what’s wrong with it.
This is a woman’s battle to stop herself from rushing into finding the father of her children.
8. I Watch You – Lee Cabrera ft. Mim

This may be the catchiest song of all in this list. This reflects obsession and voyeurism through and through. All you peeping toms out there, this will be your jam! Please don’t do this, you need help.ย “I Watch You” by Lee Cabrera will surprise you because you don’t want to sing it but it grows on you until you’re dancing to it, and then, it becomes your life.
9. Picture This – Blondie

One of the best hits by Blondie, “Picture This”ย makes you question your sanity. If you burnt this song, it would smell of voyeurism and exude smokes of creepiness. If you go through the lyrics, you will feel that the song escalated very quickly into one frightening experience.
10. One Way Or Another – Blondieย
“One way or another, I’m gonna win ya’/I’m gonna get ya/One way or another, I’m gonna see ya’/I’m gonna meet ya’/One day maybe next week, I’m gonna meet ya’/I will drive past your house and if the lights are all down/I’ll see who’s around”
Debbie Harryย from Blondie wrote this song from the perspective of an ex-boyfriend who had been stalking her. The song follows the obsessive stalker following his love interest on the bus and to the supermarket. The stalker has an undying thirst and nothing seems to quench it.ย The song was included on Rolling Stoneโs list of the 500 greatest songs of all time. We have two of Blondie’s songs in this list.
