The festival is looking for their next big artist andย here are the finalists!
Canada’s annual Motion Notion Festival is back this year and this time around they’ve teamedย up with event powerhouse Do604 for what seems to be the largest DJ hunt ever!
The festival has opened invitations to DJs all over the British Columbia and Alberta to enter and win a chance to play at Motion Notion from the 24th- 28th August 2017 in Canada! Check out their beautiful 2016 Aftermovie here:
The entries for the contest were brought in till the end of April and will be judged by a number of heavyweights in the music business including VICE Canada, Westwood Recordings, Danio Management, Canadian blog duo Betty and Kora and Culture BC, a non-profit which helps professionals representing all genres of music.
The five finalist for the win were chosen by public votes and they are Brick Haus, Average Gypsy, Parallelmindz, Trill Pickle and Alex Mei. Check out their mixes here!
