Eaux Claires Music Festival, curated by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, lit up Wisconsin this weekend with a star-studded lineup. It was supposed to be headlined by The National, but Sufjan Stevens and Justin Vernon accompanied the band on the stage, henceforth driving the crowd wild.
