It’s just impossible to not appreciate Pryda’s powerful and cryptic music. In fact, The Sherp would even go a step further and say that Prydz is undeniably one of the most proficient producers in dance music today.
Known to keep a lower profile than most producers these days, Eric Prydz is now gearing up for his first appearance at Future Music Festival in March 2014 – in Australia as well as Asia. He will be joining artists like Deadmau5, Dada Life, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Chase & Status, Phoenix and many more for the festival.
Most of you might not be aware that this Swedish producer has an ‘absolute phobia of flying’. The sheer thought of a long-haul flight gets him jittery. Here’s what he said in an interview:
“It’s still a big problem for me, but it’s manageable and if you do it in the right way. I can do it. But it’s still…I fucking hate it! What can I say? But you shouldn’t let stuff interfere and prevent you from doing what you want, not when it’s silly stuff like that.”
The question now is: Will he be stopping by India on his way to Kuala Lumpur next year? We really hope so!
