50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, was arrested along with a member of his entourage at theΒ St. Kitts Music Festival in the Caribbean on Saturday night. The rapper made use of the word during his performance, which ended up offending quite a few people there.
According to a statementΒ obtained from 50 Centβs representation, the word that landed him in trouble was βmotherf**king,β which he raps in his song, ‘P.I.M.P.’
The rapper had reportedly been called to host the festival in the first place but the organisers asked later asked him to perform as well. The DJ present at the venue didnβt have the clean version to his tracks, so there were profanities used during his performance.
