Mysteryland’s popular USA edition that happens on the same grounds that hosted the ever-iconic Woodstock is coming soon, and it has several things in store for its fans this year.

From its elaborate stages to its other attractions, Mysteryland has effortlessly made its American edition as big as the real deal in the Netherlands. Since 2014, USA has tasted some of the best electronic acts on Mysteryland’s iconic stages.

Here are some things to look out for at this year’s edition of the ever-growing festival:

1. Lineup

The lineup is so good, we’re sold! From Skrillex and Bassnectar to ODESZA, Gesaffelstein, Mr. Carmack, Tchami, Mija and many more artists, this lineup is a beast, on par with any modern-day dance music festival. It’s not every day that you get to see a lineup as good as this, so it’s worth looking forward to.

2. Location

Woodstock happened there, so it’s every bit as historic as it can get. The famous Bethel Woods will host Mysteryland USA like it has been doing all these years; it’s pretty expansive, featuring aΒ 7,500-square-foot (700Β m2) stage, a 4,500 covered seat pavilion and a natural sloping lawn accommodating up to 10,500 people. Did we say it’s very scenic?

3.Β Stages

Mysteryland has always been known for its colourful, elaborate stages wherever they have had an edition, and USA is no different. The popular Boat Stage is coming this year; for those who don’t know, it’s a lovely boat-shaped stage that houses some of the most creative musical acts, and has been a fixture in the Netherlands. We’ll have to wait and see what the main stage this year looks like, and we’re pretty sure they’re going to do an amazing job at it.

4. Healing Garden

Mysteryland is known for its Healing Garden, an entire area dedicated to yoga, shamanic healing, wellness, and rejuvenation. It’s coming to the USA edition again, and festival goers are bound to have a good time here. If you want to step away from the music for a bit, this is where you should be.

5. Fashion Bazaar

Yes, a lot of fashionable stuff will be up for grabs. With several vendors participating at the festival, there’ll be tees, pants, body painting, baubles and everything that’ll make you look cool at Mysteryland or any other festival.

6. Food

Any festival is incomplete without its food. There are several burger vendors coming to Mysteryland, so if you’re a fan of burgers, you’ll have a gala time. There’ll be both local and national vendors selling food to festival goers, so you’ll be spoiled for choice.

7. Speaker Program

The Speaker Program is an integral part of all Mysterylands, and will feature motivational speakers, influencers and storytellers. Curated by Anya Kamenetz, a leading education blogger at NPR, this is bound to be good, so you must pay this a visit.

8. Camping

The only bummer about camping on the legendary Woodstock grounds is that it’s only accessible to people aged 21+. Fret not, because festival attendees aged 19+ can avail of offsite camping. There are several options available on their website, including a ‘Friendship Camping’ option where 10-12 people can camp at once.

9. Vibe

It’s Mysteryland, so you know it’s going to be good! People have only spoken good about the USA editions till now, and it’s already a much-awaited event back home in the Netherlands, so you’re going to have a good time for sure.

10. Exclusive Activities

Some unique activities and arts are listed for the festival, like Mixed Martial Arts, Guerilla Science, dance battles and even a comedy club takeover. All this is usually unheard of at a music festival, and it’s worth looking forward to.

If you’re going to Mysteryland this year, we’re sure you’re going to have an amazing time!
