The stage-on-wheels will feature indie music icons Pentagram, The Raghu Dixit Project, Bhayanak Maut and many more this October

The Red Bull Tour Bus has finally blown its horn. The latest we’ve heard is that it is on its way to the city and has some amazing home-grown music talents on board. Mumbai rockers Pentagram, Bangalore’s folk-rock outfit The Raghu Dixit Project and popular metalheads Bhayanak Maut will be performing on the bus-stage. Joining them will be Chennai’s rising indie superstars Skrat, MadBoy/Mink from Mumbai and Ankur & Sidd, Sound Avtar and DJ Sa.

The Red Bull Tour Bus will host a gig at defunct-mill-turned-gig-venue Richardson & Cruddas on October 18

Last October, the Wilson Gymkhana in south Mumbai witnessed a unique gig. The Red Bull Tour Bus (RBTB), which had been making news for its upcoming arrival in the country, was launchedΒ with all the pomp and show of indie proportions.

RBTB had revved up quite a storm at the Bacardi NH7 Weekender in 2013, too. And now, after a hiatus of almost a year, it is making a stopover in Mumbai. The sleek, flamboyant bus will turn into a stage once again for a variety of artistes at a gig, titled Off The Roof, to be held in the compound of the defunct Byculla mill, Richardson & Cruddas.
