A limited edition ‘Sunburn Surprise’ prepared by the Sunburn team and Goa Tourism awaits the festival’s attendees on December 30th. What’s it going to be? Β
For all you people flocking to Goa to witness some of the finest electronic acts in the world, there may be something even more spectacular in place for you this year. Slated for December 30th, which is a day after the festival ends, the ‘Sunburn’ Surprise’ will be unveiled and it looks like it’s going to be an extra day of the festival with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and a few other namesΒ .Β All 3 day ticket holders of Sunburn Goa festival will have free access to the βSunburn Surpriseβ. single-day ticket holders will get a 50% discount on the ticket to ‘Sunburn Surprise’. Tickets for this day will also be available for INR 4000 from the box office.
In addition to the ticket holders, local residents of Goa will also have the opportunity to attend this extra day. All they have to do isΒ visit the official Sunburn website, follow the link that leads to the βSunburn Surpriseβ and fill in their details with a scan of their voter cardΒ following which theyΒ will receive a confirmation,which they will have to takeΒ to their local MLA to avail the ticket. This is only openΒ for a limited audience because this offer is on a first-come-first-serve basis, and will open at 10 am – 4pm on December 26th.
This is great initiative made by Sunburn in tandem with the local government. What better way to pay back the state that’s been the home of the festival for the past 8 seasons, as well as one of the reasons why Sunburn has become Asia’s largest music festival. Stay tuned to The Sherp for more.
