Johnnie Walker invites you to experience ‘The Step Up’ a unique mentorship program that inspires participation across the fields of food, fashion & music. This program culminates into a grand finale where the aspirants will showcase their talent and win the best performer title.
The Step Up is a four week challenge sponsored by Johnnie Walker Red Label, that will culminate into an inspired evening/grand finale where nine talented participants will showcase their talent in the presence of their mentors and viewers around the country! As the mentees battle it out for the top spot week after week, the finale event will prove to be the true testing ground where only the best three will take the step up.
The mentors for this event come from three particular walks of life, one being a Culinary wizard Nikhil Chib, an avant-garde designer Nikhil Thampi and the pioneering musician duo MIDIval Punditz.
Apart from just being judges for the grand finale, the four of these mentors are expected to hone raw talent through a series of tasks which would be captured on a five-part webisode.
During the grand finale, one best performer from fashion and food each, can win a six month apprenticeship with Nikhil Thampi and Nikhil Chib, respectively. For the best performer in music, an exclusive opportunity to embark on a four-city tour with MiDival Punditz will be in the offing.
