The 70th edition of the Cannes Film Festival is officially underway, and this year, Indian celebs are stealing the show!
With a number of Indian-made films being featured this year, all eyes are on Bollywood to deliver their absolute best. Priyanka Chopra, AR Rahman, Shruti Hassan, Deepika Padukone and the ever enchanting Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, are just a few of the big Bollywood names that are set to rule the Cannes Red Carpet this year. The Cannes Film Festival Red Carpet is a star-studded event in itself, where the most sought-after film talents parade around in designer wear and we Indians are never ones to be upstaged. 1. Mallika Sherawat
Mallika Sherawat dressed in an outfit by her favorite designer, Georges Hobeika. She attended the festival as the brand ambassador of International organization, Free A Girl, which aims to fight against human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation of children.
2. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

The actress was an enigma to behold even before she stepped onto the Red Carpet!

4. Sonam Kapoor
The actress was a pleasure to behold on the first day of the festival.
Clad in a breathtaking dress designed by Elie Saab, complimented by Kalyaan Jewellery, Kapoor was a sight to behold.
This was her first look for the festival, a Norblacknorwhite outfit that showcased her beauty perfectly.
5. Nandita Das
The actress-filmmaker graced the Red carpet for the launch of her film, Manto, dressed in a peach Anavila Zari sari paired with ethnic dangling earrings.
Jackson is attending the Cannes Film Festival for her film Boogie Man. This gold embellished gown was designed by Georges Hobeika.
