1. Decide whether you want to attend only gigs or the conference tooΒ and buy tickets accordingly.

While some gigs cost about €30, others can cost upto €50 or €60 with additional fees. Since each event is ticketed separately, it is upto you to choose which gigs you wish to attend on which dates. You can set aside about €200 or INR 15,000/- for 4–5 gigs. While not all tickets are on sale yet,Β you can pre-register HEREΒ so you can buy them as soon as they’re available. ADE is also known for its amazingly informational conferences. So, if you’re also interested in that then you can consider buying a 5 day pass for €390 (Prices go up after July 1) which is about INR 30,000/- and gives you access to both the conferences and the many club events.

2. Book your flights now for the best prices.

A round trip flight from Mumbai to Amsterdam should cost you about INR 35,000/-.Β From there you can get local transport to your destination quite easily.

3. Hotels will be in huge demand so you should book your stay right away.

The earlier you book, the more options you will have. If you book right now you can get hotel rooms in Amsterdam costing as little as INR 5000/- for two people per night.

4. PlanΒ your F&B spending so you stay within your budget.

While we don’t know the exact prices off food at the several venues, you should keep about INR 25,000/- for all your F&B purchases over 5 days. Since the gigs are at clubs, you can also tryΒ to sneak out for a bite so you can save a bit.

5. While you’re in Amsterdam try to check out the local tourist attractions.

A 5 day trip to the Amsterdam Dance Event will cost you about INR 15,000/- (Various Gigs Only) or INR 30,000/- (5 Day Conference + Festival Pass) + INR 35,000/- (Round Trip Flight Via Mumbai To Amsterdam) + INR 12,500/- (5 Night Hotel Stay Per Person) + INR 25,000/- (5 Day F&B) = INR 87,500/- (Festival) or 1,02,500 (Conference + Festival).
