The singer had a horrific time at the Australian festival and took to Twitter to voice her disappointment.

UK’s Lovebox was recently given a harsh dose by rapper Danny Brown, and Aussie gathering Splendour In The Grass is the next one to come under the radar via Azealia Banks. The singer’s SIG performance was pretty okay-ish and didn’t really live up to her headliner status, and a few minutes before she completed her set, a water bottle was flung in her direction.
The usually loud Azealia responded to a tweet fromΒ Brisbane-based radio broadcaster Paul Brown in which he congratulated her on βher First Ever Full Australian Concertβ at Splendour In The Grass. Check out how that went down:

@brownypaul @SITG will not put my safety at risk. I would’ve walked off stage had someone thrown something .
β AZEALIA BANKS (@AZEALIABANKS) July 27, 2015
@brownypaul @SITG plus you guys are too far away and honestly, the show guarantees are never really worth the trip.
β AZEALIA BANKS (@AZEALIABANKS) July 27, 2015
@brownypaul @SITG but I love my fans and will do anything to make them happy. Sincerely, AB.

This ensued further:
Wow, today was quite another interesting one for the career highlights…

Ok, that’s enough arguing on the internet for one day! π

Dear Australia, I think I may be responsible for @AZEALIABANKS never coming back to our country. You’re welcome! #NotAHipster #SorryNotSorry
