Pokemon fans were exhilarated when the pokemon company finally announced Pokemon brilliant diamond and shining pearl. The remakes were rumored for more than a year and fans were really excited to get the first look at the games.

But the snippet shown on the 25th anniversary faced harsh criticsm from loyal fans. The game might actually flop this time!

Why Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will flop

The new Nintendo switch had more capabilities than the console on which diamond and pearl first debuted. Hence many were expecting something new, a reimagining of one of the most beloved regions in the franchise.

But fans were left in disbelief when they saw how the game looked. Nothing’s changed! everything looks the same except for the battles. The entire Sinnoh region is the same just remodeled using newer tech.

The game freak company was known as a revolutionary company once, adding newer features and gimmicks which were staples for the Nintendo consoles and pokemon, but money blinds the fate of the pokemon games.

The director Masuda has become more and more greedy as time passed. The newer games are literally made with the least efforts, and they have the audacity to sell such mediocre games to loyal fans for the same price that of a AAA title is absolutely unimaginable.

Now the remakes look so bad that they might flop. They won’t get away with this, game freak has been putting out lazy content for a long time now and will continue to do so till loyal fans keep buying it. The games haven’t changed for 20+ years!
