A lot may have gone wrong with TomorrowWorld this year, but evidently, the music wasn’t one of those things.

TomorrowWorld organisers left a lot to be desired. Their lack of contingency planning led to several people with passes being shut out of the festival, without food, water and shelter. Some were forced to walk miles for transport, others just ended up sleeping in the cold mud. While several ravers lashed out at the festival after the fiasco, they could not deny that the music at the festival was pretty damn awesome.

On closing night, there were two brilliant acts to choose from – Porter Robinson, with his beautiful, tragic set, and the legendary Armin Van Buuren at the main stage. Those who chose the latter were in for a treat, because Armin delivered an energy-filled hour and a half, and a set to remember.
