Ed Sheeran coming down to MumbaiΒ is BIG news, but who’d have thought that it would be record breaking BIG!! Ticket sales for Ed Sheeran’s concert in Mumbai have come to a complete standstill after being sold out in just a matter of 48 minutes since the tickets went live this morning at 12 noon on BookMyShow’s official website.

Of the ticket categories available for the concert, Diamond category was the first to be sold out, followed byΒ Gold and Silver. Ed Sheeran’s visit to Mumbai this November isΒ part of the Asian leg of his world tour to support his third studio album ‘Γ·’ (Divide).Β Fans can expect him to croon some of the hits off the album in addition to his previous hits.

Ed Sheeran: Mumbai is brought down by AEG Presents andΒ PR Worldwide in collaboration with BookMyShow and will take place on November 19th at JIO Gardens at BKC, Mumbai. The concertΒ is expected to break records in terms of the crowd turnover as well. The global star’s visit to India is highly anticipatedΒ and comes after his last visit to India back in March, 2015.Β
