Fan files charges against Skrillex for stage diving, RIGHT ON TOP OF HER!
Jennifer Fraisslย filed the lawsuit against Skrillex, aka Sonny Moore who took a flying leap from his DJ table during a performance at The Belasco in Downtown L.A. way back in February 2012.
The lawsuit claims, “Due to the aforementioned conduct, Plaintiff was struck by MOORE and such unwelcome contact was a substantial factor in Plaintiff incurring significant injuries and damages, including, but not limited to, a stroke.
Fraissl says she was standing near the front when Skrillex beckoned the crowd forward making it impossible for her to leave or even protect herself, and that’s when he jumped from his table, several feet above the stage.
She claims to have suffered several injuries when he landed on her, and later suffered a stroke as a result of the trauma.
Fraissl is seeking unspecified damages. Neither the Belasco or Skrillex’s team responded to requests for comment fromย TMZ, but the celebrity website points to the below video of Skrillex stage diving the same night as the alleged stroke-inducing incident. “Bangarang”
Thereโs really no concrete evidence to prove that his dive was the true cause of her injuries, except a small clip from the gig, which has been mysteriously pulled down from YouTube.
