I’m ‘THOR’ – Son of Odin, God of lightning or is it thunder? Or is it just the God of a gallon of bud light and the king of a small town who plays Fortnite now?

Hahaha, anyways a couple of Budlight’s won’t stop Marvel from launching its game next year.

God of War Ragnarok is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by Santa Monica Studio and will be published by Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE). It is scheduled to be released in 2022 for the PlayStation 4 (PS4) and PlayStation 5 (PS5).

Release: 2022

Series: God of War

Platform(s): PlayStation 4; PlayStation 5

Developer(s): Santa Monica Studio

Speculation regarding God of war Ragnarok has been considered dead for a while, its last announcement was last year when they had to postpone the release from 2021 to 2022. Although delayed it is coming soon as its last part came only 4 years ago. In the release trailer, however, it has been clear that the game is going to build upon its last year’s storyline.

Santa Monica studios have had a tough time coming up with sequels of its two other games in the past.

With other studios having forgotten PS3 already and now slowly diverting their focus from ps4 lately. Sant Monica studios however have no plans of shifting its focus completely to ps5 in the next 4 years at the least says its CEO Jeff Ryan of Sony entertainment studios.

Of course with PS5 the graphics and frame rates are better than anything. But with the unavailability of PS5 in many regions due to shortages had led to users still using ps4.

The game has been good at diverting the focus of people to this game. Sad news for dc fans I believe.

With multiple antagonists and protagonists in this game. Stay tuned for gameplay speculations.
