Glastonbury 2016 was absolutely nuts and here are the pictures to prove it.

If copious amounts of mud, unending rain, happy people and amazing music sound like things you might be into, Glastonbury 2016 was probably the perfect festival for you. This year was all the reasons we love the festival so much. Nothing stopped people from having a blast, be it torrential rains, 12-hour traffic jams and what not. Here are pictures to show you that nothing can break the Glasto spirit.

The rain didn’t stop anyone from looking their finest.

In fact, we realise that there is no such thing as being overdressed at a music festival.

Yes it sure got ugly.Β

But people found creative ways to get away from it for some time, like this guy in a suspended rock egg.

Or this couple pretending to be ladybirds. Hey we all have our ways!

But these two were giving everyone very realistic #RelationshipGoals. Loving it so hard!

The festival may be about a lot of things, but music will always be the number one thing that brings everyone together. And people on the ground weren’t afraid to celebrate that.

Bright, happy food trucks were perfect for revelers to unwind at after long hours of trudging in the mud. But some chose a more intimate setting.

The performances were to die for, with Adele lighting up the stage unlike any other artist.

And Chris Martin reminded everyone just why love Coldplay so much with a game changing performance.
