The cloaked DJs are back and we cannot stop hyperventilating!
The last time anyone saw Gaia, the collaboration between Dutch DJs and music producers Armin Van Buuren and Benno De Goeij, perform in the Netherlands, was back in 2014. So, it is a big surprise that they are playing again, in their famous cloaks; marking their first show in Europe in 2017!
Gaia will be closing the main-stage on the Sunday of Electronic Family: The Gathering this year, on 6th August! ALDA events have brought us this exclusive opportunity to witness the legendary performers in action together. Taking the stage as closing acts on Saturday are Aly & Fila.
This is going to be one show you do not want to miss, showcasing world-class production design and the best trance music. Revived by Benno and Armin in 2009, Gaia played in Miami’s ULTRA Music Festival 2014 for a one hour and a half set. Here’s a little refresher into their performance:
Their mysterious visuals and cloaks are a part of the signature style that sets them apart! This is the only set without any theatricals, as they believe in no BS, quite literally. Halfway through their performance, you can sense how glued the audience is to the authentic music provided by the duo.
