Music On Festival is expanding to two days, hence making way for more international heavyweights to line-up in Amsterdam.

Marco Carola’s game-changing Music On Festival is gearing up for its 2018 edition in Amsterdam! Following the positive feedback of the festival’s launch edition, this year’s festival will take place over two days of weekend on May 5th and 6th. Tickets will be going on sale on Tuesday, the 28th of November at 12:00 PM CET.

This year’s lineup will see two special sets from the boss himself, Marco, as well as the return of The Martinez Brothers, Loco Dice and Apollonia, and Music On residents Stacey Pullen, Leon, and Joey Daniel. Joining them on next year’s edition of the festival will be Paco Osuna, Luciano, Sam Paganini, Claude von Stroke, Miss Kittin, Oxia, Secret Cinema b2b Egbert and Benny Rodrigues.

Hosted by Neapolitan star Marco Carola, Music On is an iconic weekly party that has taken place every Summer Friday at Amnesia in Ibiza since 2012. Carola’s boundary-blurring and marathon-like sets are accompanied by the finest names in the scene, lining up together to elevate the status of the party to one that is a must-visit every season.

The same essence of techno spectacle that has brought the festival fame all around the world will now be brought to Amsterdam, along with the infectious spirit and endless enthusiasm that makes the Music On crowd one of the best, anywhere in the world. As a city that thrives on parties and rave culture, Amsterdam is sure to witness some fireworks this May!

Musically, the festival will showcase every shade of Techno. Marco Carola will be headlining on both days and will be joined by Paco Osuna, a Music On resident, throughout the season. Frequent guests of Marco Corola at Amnesia include French house masters Apollonia. Music On favorites, the energetic DJ duo The Martinez Brothers will play with Desolat boss and chunky techno funk master Loco Dice, electro icon Miss Kittin, and many more.

The long and strong line-up will also see performances by Swiss Chilean master Luciano, Italian star Sam Paganini, Dirtybird’s bass lover Claude von Stroke, France’s techno titan Oxia, Italian party starter Leon, veteran Benny Rodrigues, and finally a special back-to-back set from Secret Cinema and Egbert.

With the full lineup yet to be announced, it looks like the 2018 edition of Music On is shaping up to be the most anticipated and standout techno festival in Europe next year!
