Back in late 2019, some news leaked about the sound of the new Kendrick project, and the new lane Kendrick will be pursuing for his next project. And the source said Kendrick will have a lot of rock influences in the album, and if the source is anything to go by, this will be a great album.
Kendrick blended hip hop and jazz seamlessly in his last album, so we think he can mix any two genres easily!

Kendrick announced that this will be his last album with Top Dawg Entertainment. Some are even speculating that this might be his last project based on the letter that he wrote.
Kendrick’s new persona ‘OKLAMA’
In his new song with Baby Keem which hasn’t dropped yet, Kendrick addressed himself as OKLAMA. This might be his new persona in the same way Kung Fu Kenny was.
