The guys at Submerge have struck gold. Deep house and techno daddy Luciano will be in India for a three city tour by the end of this month!
This would be the Swiss DJ’s first time to India and we could not be more excited.
For those of you who don’t already know Lucien Nicolet orΒ Β Luciano is a half Swiss and Chilean DJ and producer who played a major part in promoting the electronic and techno scene in Latin America back in the early 90’s. He’s played at radio stations and clubs all over Latin America, Germany, Spain and Holland and settled in Switzerland in 2000 to release on Mental Groove Records in Geneva.Β His music is a reflection of his mixed identity – which is “a somewhat mystical blend of deep techno & electro that integrates southern elements in rhythms and colourful patterns in sound.”
His style has definitely mellowed with time, as his music has gotten fresher and more experimental – sticking to a groovy and minimal sound. He is also the producer and founder of Cadenza Records.
As of now, all we know is that he’ll be playing in India on these three dates :Β Jan 31, Feb 1st & Feb 2nd.
