Ananya Birla has made her foray into the music industry with her new single – Livin’ The Life!
22-year-old Ananya, who is known for being a well-known innovator in the Indian industry,Β just started a new phase of her life by releasing her debut song in association with Universal Music Group! At a star-studded event in Mumbai on 12th November, she launched her brand new track with a splendid performance. There were several celebrities present as well as illusionists, street dancers and even a sand artist!
The highly energetic song is co-written and produced by Jim Beanz, who has previously worked with Nelly Furtado, Demi Lovato and Jason Derulo to name a few! The track has also been mixed by Afrojack! The mega-popular DJΒ even made an appearance at the launch party, before making his way to EDC India.
Ananya has cited Eminem, AR Rahman, Cheryl Cole and Coldplay as some of her biggest influences on her musical journey. The music video for the song has been shot by Rock Jacobs, who is known for directing other famous videos for stars like Skrillex, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross among others. The video has been shot in Santa Catalina Island in California.
RumoursΒ are that Ananya might also share the stage with Coldplay at the upcomingΒ Global Citizen India Festival this week!
