Australia’s debut edition of Road To ULTRA finally releases its Phase 1 line-up!
Australia will mark the sixth continent on ULTRA Worldwide‘s already impressive roster. This debut edition of Road to ULTRA will mark the beginning of ULTRA’s ambitions for Australia, with plans having been confirmed for full-scale festivals in Sydney and Melbourne in 2019.
The 2018 edition of Road to ULTRA will take place on February 24th, at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne. Phase 1 of the line-up has now been officially released and boasts some of the most sought-after acts in dance music. The festival will be headlined by international superstar and Jacked label boss Afrojack, and iconic Swedish hit-makers and ULTRA alumnus favorites Axwell /\ Ingrosso. Supporting acts will include Carnage, KSHMR and Andrew Rayel, as well as a host of local and international acts including Moe, Tigerlily b2b Mashd N Kutcher, Timmy Trumpet and Will Sparks.
With the ability to accommodate a crowd of 18,000 people, the Sidney Myer Music Bowl is located on the Yarra River and affords stunning views of the Melbourne Skyline. Taking place just a month before ULTRA Music Festival’s twentieth anniversary in Miami, these acts will follow in the way of some of music’s most iconic names, including ABBA, Bob Dylan, Daft Punk and Sir Paul McCartney – all of whom have performed at this iconic venue.
