They’ve got acts like Joseph Capriati, Seth Troxler, Maya Jane Coles, and Sven Väth  lined up. And this is just the beginning!

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), the world’s largest club-based festival and conference for electronic music, is slated to take place on October 19-23 this year. A footfall of around 375,000 national and international visitors is expected for the 21st edition. The first wave of festival acts was revealed today, along with further keynote speakers for ADE Conference.

The festival will begin with the ‘Scripted Orkestra’, a collaboration between the acclaimed producer/composer/performer Henrik Schwarz and the world’s leading non-classical orchestra Metropole Orkest. Following this are some of the best names in dance music such as Adam Bayer, Ferry Corsten, Axwell & Ingrosso, Joris Voorn, Martin Garrix, Maya Jane Coles, Pan-Pot, Seth Troxler, Sven Väth, and Tiesto.

The festival also has a kickass roster of speakers coming in from various fields of the music industry. Keynote speakers confirmed for 2016 include Kickstarter’s head of music Molly Neuman, Def Jam CEO Steve Bartel and COO of Red Light Management Bruce Eskowitz along with Mute founder Daniel Miller will give the keynote on the importance of spontaneity in music. These are the people who understand all aspects of music, so hearing their perspectives is going to be extremely interesting.
