In one of the most emotional moments of Woodstock Poland 2016, attendees held up blue, white and red-coloured cards in the air to show their compassion for the horrific attacks that happened in France.

This was Woodstock Poland’s way of paying tribute to their fellow European counterpart France, that saw a horrible attack in the city of Nice on the eve of St. Patrick’s Day.

The National Anthem of France was played at the same time, in sync with the outstretched hands. it made for a spectacular sight, and a real sign of respect for the country.

The attacks in Nice shook the entire world and several organisations poured in messages lending support to the victims, and this gesture by Woodstock was just one of them.
