Credit: Software Depot This is the story of a woman who was trying to purchase tickets for the Outlook Festival which will take place in Croatia from September 5th to September 9th, 2018. The woman, who mistakenly purchased Microsoft Outlook instead, has since contacted Outlook Festival customer support hoping to fix this error and receive a refund. However, she claimed she had been misled, stating that the cause for the confusion is due to both the tickets and the computer program being sold at the same price. Besides a refund, the woman is also demanding a free ticket to the event. “I am not angry and just want this nightmare to be sorted out, so please can you refund and issue a new ticket to me please I would be greatly appreciative” She quotes. Never having purchased an actual pass, it is unlikely that the Outlook Festival will issue her another, free of cost. So there you have it, folks!
