One hell of a mixup!

Shopping online can be tricky, which is why it is wise to double check all the information regarding the item you are trying to purchase. We have all heard the horror stories of women ordering clothes online that didn’t fit or electronics that malfunctioned upon use, but this story is a tragedy the likes of which have never been heard before.

This is the story of a woman who was trying to purchase tickets for the Outlook Festival which will take place in Croatia from September 5th to September 9th, 2018. The woman, who mistakenly purchased Microsoft Outlook instead, has since contacted Outlook Festival customer support hoping to fix this error and receive a refund. However, she claimed she had been misled, stating that the cause for the confusion is due to both the tickets and the computer program being sold at the same price. Besides a refund, the woman is also demanding a free ticket to the event.

β€œI am not angry and just want this nightmare to be sorted out, so please can you refund and issue a new ticket to me please I would be greatly appreciative” She quotes.

Never having purchased an actual pass, it is unlikely that the Outlook Festival will issue her another, free of cost.

So there you have it, folks! Next time you’re purchasing something online, make sure you know what exactly it is that you’re getting into!
