Nocturnal Wonderland is turning twenty this year. Check out this documentary that perfectly encapsulates the festival’s long run.
Nocturnal Wonderland, erstwhile, Nocturnal Festival, is one of those iconic festivals that have been prevalent for over two decades, before the Ultras or Tomorrowlands of the world stole the stage. Nocturnal brings some of the biggest names in the electronic music industry and draws over 50,000 attendees to Los Angeles.
In celebration of their 20th anniversary, Insomniac dropped this 23-minute documentary, “chronicling not only the birth of Nocturnal Wonderland, but the growth of house music itself. Featuring interviews from DJs like Moby, 12th Planet, DJ Dan, and more, the mini-doc is a much watch for people who are curious to know more about EDM’s rich history.”
NW hits California on September 4-6. Watch this nostalgia infested documentary below, that truly represents how rapidly and to what extent Nocturnal Wonderland has grown. Also, keep tabs on The Sherp for more news.
