With a mission to help you find your “true north”, Wanderlust 108 is an experience to be had!

Wanderlust, the renowned producers of mindful yoga lifestyles around the world, and cumulative owners of Wanderlust Festival, Wanderlust 108, Wanderlust Hollywood, Wanderlust Media, Wanderlust Yoga, and Wanderlust Teacher Training, debuts the popular Wanderlust 108 festival experience in partnership with Adidas, in the UK this year. The renowned triathlon that is composed of a five-kilometer run (or walk), an outdoor 90-minute yoga class, and a guided meditation, is billed ‘UK’s first Mindful Triathlon’ and attracts thousands of participants from around the world, each year. This year, the opportunity comes to the residents of London, UK, on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017.

In addition to the triathlon, triathletes will also enjoy live music and DJs, artisanal vendors, local foods and further activities to be revealed. Those looking for an in-depth experience can also sign up for a free scheduled class such as aerial yoga, acro-yoga, hooping, walking meditation, workshops, or a community yoga experience from top local teachers. Celest Pereira (triyoga), Michael James Wong (Boys of Yoga / Just Breathe London / Sunday School Yoga) and Pip & Eugene (Acro Yoga Dance), are among the yogis who will be holding their immersive classes.

Also, Wanderlust regulars such as DJ Taz and Arli Liberman, will be flying in for the day. Wanderlust 108 being a one day event, will see a marvellous gathering of enthusiasts in line for all that’s in store. As is with Wanderlust 108 events, the Kula Marketplace will showcase local craft vendors, including clothing, jewellery and handcrafted items. The “adidas x Wanderlust Dome”, will also showcase the latest collection between Wanderlust and Adidas. Additionally, local and organic food vendors will be on site.

“Most triathlons are about how strong, fast and fit you are. Our focus is on how healthy, balanced and mentally strong you are, so we combined three activities that fit the bill: running, yoga and meditation. The event can be completed even by someone who has never run, practiced yoga or meditated before, but then getting grounded can be a challenge, too.  Like all forms of practice, Wanderlust 108 is about the journey itself — not how fast you get there.” Sean Hoess, Co-CEO, Wanderlust.

Wanderlust will host events in over 60 cities, in more than 17 countries and on 5 continentsWanderlust 108 inspires individual wellness and positive social change by building a community around mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation. The practice has been proven to have many benefits, including anxiety reduction and improved cognition. £1 from every ticket sold, will be donated by Wanderlust 108, towards the Hope For Children charity.
