Mad Decent is a Philadelphia via Los Angeles-based record label spearheaded by Diplo, a successful record producer and also leader of dancehall project Major Lazer. Since 2008, the label has created a multiple city Mad Decent Block Party tour throughout the United States. This travelling festival began at a much smaller scale with simply a rented tent on a Philadelphia street. The event is in line with the overall concept of the label showcasing global pop and dance music. With the growth of electronic music’s popularity in the United States, Mad Decent Block Party has now expanded to 22 dates in 2014.

Where: Calgary, Pheonix, LA, San Diego, Berkeley, Eugene and Vancouver.
