If you’ve been unsuccessful in winning passes for the Global Citizen Coldplay concert through Action Journey draws, fret not. There is another way through which you can get passes!

Ever since news came out that Coldplay was coming to Mumbai through the Global Citizen forum along with Jay-Z and multitudes of Bollywood artists, people have been trying every possible way to get their hands on the passes for the event. The event, which is to be held on November 19 at the MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai, requires people to take part in Action Journeys and redeem their points for a chance to win two passes in a lucky draw. The chances of winning though, have been super slim. But now there’s another noble way you can earn two passes for the gig!

The folks at Global Citizen have now tied up with Green Batti Project for the first offline project. The event, which will be held on October 22nd in Mumbai, will see the first 1000 volunteers below the age of 35 who’ve registered online visiting schools across the city and collecting important data on the quantity and quality of resources available! The survey will provide key information about changes needed in infrastructure as well as basic amenities that are needed. Ultimately, the participants will be responsible for collecting a large amount of real-time information which will be essential in making some much needed changes.

Once this is done, the government and CSR teams will gather funds and make sure the needs are met. This will lead to students getting the required modes of teaching and equipment required to shine! This offline activity is the perfect gateway for the youth to take part in an initiative that ensures the future of the coming generations in our country. Their small contribution will ensure that the right funds are allocated to the right sources who are in dire need of them.

The first 1000 volunteers who will complete the action will then enter a lucky draw. From that draw 500 lucky winners will win two tickets to the Global Citizen Festival on November 19th!

It’s time to bring some change into this world!
