The world’s first levitating turntable is here! It’s exactly as awesome as you think it would be!Β 

The new MAG-LEV platter is what hovers to provide users with a new and enhanced way of experiencing vinyl records.Β β€œWe were searching for a way to give people a better, newer way to experience vinyl records,” reads the concept design.Β β€œBy pushing the frontier of audio technology, we were able to integrate the uplifting experience of music into the turntable design itself, bringing the feeling of zero gravity into your living room.”

The makers of the product claim that this is the first-of-its-kind player to hit the market next year. Their patented magnetic levitation technology has provided them with benefits other than levitation of the record itself. It has allowed them to acquire incredibly precise tuning of the platter with a sensor regulating software. They said that air is the smoothest medium with the least amount of friction!Β 

The visual effects of the levitation is expanded with orange, futuristic lighting that burns with the lights off. Basically, it has all the factors that it needs to be super cool and to stand out in a any room in any house whatsoever!
