The Lil Flea Is Turning 3 With A Blast! Two Weekends Of Music, Shopping And More!

Back To back two weekends full of entertainment!

The Lil Flea turns three this April and you need to save the dates right now! 1st to 2nd April and 8th to 9th April, 2017. We will be celebrating in style with more than 250 pop-up shops from all over the country! Get ready to have a blast and move your bodies to the music by 12 amazing indie music bands! Did we forget to mention, there are a lot of food and beverages lined up with more than 60 eatables, including desserts?

That’s not all! There’s a Games Bar, Midnight movie sessions and perpetual happiness at the venue that is Jio Garden, Bandra Kurla Complex!

The Lil Flea started with its flea markets in April 2014 and within the course of 3 years has gathered quite a fan following and seen over 35 ,000 people flocking to the events! No wonder everyone is always trying to juggle between shopping, trying out fusion foods and grooving to some of the best live independent music available in the country.

The music line-up includes Kimochi Yukai, Fanculos, The Lightyears Explode playing on 1^st April; Kabir Café, Thaalavattam and Clayton + All Stars on 2^nd April! Additionally, the second weekend will see the performances of Zoya, Tejas, All Jazz Jam, Krishna Marathe, Prem Joshua and Swarathma!

The Lil Flea is now in its 9th edition and expecting over 40000 attendees. If this does not make you go “woah”, we do not know what will. A big highlight at the festival this time is the amalgamation of unique experiences.

Curated by BarCzar and The Lil Flea, Stage Left is India’s first unique cocktail, beer and wine experience that dusts away boring dispense bar stations at your favorite music fest. With a dedicated 5000 square feet semi enclosed space, this bar setup will focus on Micro Breweries, Wine and Cocktails hailing from the best bars in the city like White Owl, Barking deer, Sula and more!

What’s more? Bars sharing their recipes, masterclasses, games, activities and all of this accompanied with great independent music and food. Oh the food!

Midnight movies: Midnight movie sessions at The Lil Flea will start right after the music stops at 10 pm. Every night over the 2 weekends until midnight, you will chill with your favourite people, food and movies!

Virtual Reality Films: Created by Anand Gandhi’s Memesys Labs, a host of Virtual Reality Films will let you experience cinema in a whole different way with a 360 degree view of every single shot! These movies will leave you wanting more!

Kulture Shop: In collaboration with Kulture Shop, India’s premier artist collective will showcase a vibrant 40 feet art wall with artworks from some of India’s best graphic artists.

Workshops and KIDS – A workshop on Charcoal Art, Chinese Ink Painting: An Ink Wash Art Workshop, KOMMUNE: storytelling workshops, Paint Without Brushes: An art playground for kids, Pugmarks, Twistofy and the list goes on!
