With the Burn just weeks away, thousands are gathering essentials and mentally preparing themselves for another week-long excursion of art, music, and self-expression. In anticipation of this annual return to Black Rock City, Further Future has released a video recapping their debut festival which occurred this past May from the Moapa River Indian Reservation.

Started in 2013, Further Future was created by the team behind the infamous Burning Man camp, Robot Heart. Known for their elaborate sound system and curation of world-class tastemakers, Robot Heart has established itself as one of the art cars not to miss while exploring the Playa. Recognizing an opportunity to create a unique experience within the elements, Further Future used the majestic Mojave Desert landscape to showcase an innovative a group of eclectic electronic and indie-rock acts such as Damien Lazarus & the Ancient Moons, Bob Moses, Warpaint, Zimmer and Nosaj Thing just to name a few.
