The Rock in Roma is a musical event that takes place every year in Rome at the Capannelle Hippodrome in the months of June, July and August. It is not designed as a classic festival but as a real musical event in which, over a period of two months, with performances by international and Italian artists. The Rock in Roma is confirmed as best major Italian festival, thanks to the extensive planning, the fascinating scenery and the presence in the cast of a unique blend properly integrated composed of historical artists of the rock world, some of the most anticipated brand new artists of the panorama current music and the best artists representing diverse musical genres ranging from metal to techno, rap to electronic, from classical to alternative indie pop. The festival includes 60 days of activity with 20-25 concerts scheduled and expects about 300,000 spectators.
