The key aspect of the Rio Music Conference is the series of workshops and conferences covering the ever-growing relationship between electronic music and major brands and the different ways they support each other. This is your chance to find out about the people who choose the tracks for campaigns, and what you need to do to get noticed by the advertising industry. Some of the topics for discussions include “Publishers are the new labels” with Roland Leesker and Jessica Ibgui, Creative Manager/Head of Business Development, Budde Music, France. In addition, the release of ‘Market Yearbook’, a big publication featuring facts of the industry from the past year, will take place.

The winners of the Sixth Rio Music Conference Awards, which highlight 2016’s Best of the Year from more than 15 categories, will be declared.

Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in speed coaching to get to know about business, music or careers from the best in the industry. The movers and shakers, label bosses, artists, managers and industry experts taking part in this will all offer great insights into the underground dance music business.
