Imagine all the possibilities!
The Global Citizen Movement has reportedly signed a 15-year long commitment to help India eradicate extreme poverty in line with the SDGs and work to influence decision makers to bring about policy changes and commit significant resources to help solve the country’s biggest challenges with the help of youth-led events, activism, media campaigning and online activation. All this hard work will be payed off with the incredible Global Citizen Festival which India got a taste of in 2016 with performances by Bollywood artists along with international music acts like Demi Lovato, The Vamps, Jay Z and Coldplay.
This year will also see the festival for its second round but the question still remains about the international headliner. We’ve named some of the festival’s previous performers and we just hope it could be one of them.
