Music Festivals have constantly come under attack due to growing cases of sexual assault. Adding a shameful testament to that is the case of a man who recently admitted to filming up women’s skirts at various festivals, including Glastonbury.

Paul Reditt was caught in the act at popular family festival in Newcastle as a woman who was with a child caught him lurking around, trying to take her picture from down below. Later, Reditt confessed to having done the same at Glastonbury too. He was handed a three year community order, and was placed in the sex offenders register for five years, along with paying Β£535 in court costs.

While Music Festivals have helped promote culture, the music community has long been plagued by cases that breach decency. Hoping such strict actionΒ reinforces greater safety at festivals.
