His body temperature was reportedly at 109.6 degrees Fahrenheit, which is 10 degrees higher than usual body temperature. The festival faced a lot of heat related issues with the temperatures going over 100 degrees Fahrenheit which led to many people in need of medical attention.

Most of the people at the EDM festival were treated onsite but 15 attendees, out of the estimated 1,35,000, were taken to the hospital for treatment. The festival also reported 95 felony arrests for drug usage while over 280 attendees were removed from the venue during the festival duration.

Jennifer Marshall, the victim’s wife stated, “It was the worst call of my life because as I told you this was supposed to be his last rave that he was going to. Ambulances were delayed getting into the Las Vegas Speedway because of the high amount of traffic. It’s a senseless tragedy that could have been prevented.”

Our condolences go out to the Morse family at this difficult time.
