The much-awaited Oktoberfest has begun yet again, and nothing can match the joy it brings to everyone who attends it. It looks amazing, as usual.
The biggest folk festivalΒ in the word is celebrating its 182nd birthday with a riot of colour, costumes, food and of course, beer. About 6 million people are expected to attend the Munich festival this year, to share their love of beer and Bavarian culture. But it looks likeΒ the beer is fast disappearing, since 1 million litres of it have been gulped down in two days!
By its second day, Oktoberfest has had parade, fairground rides, dancing, costume and culture showcases, and the beer tents are nearly always full. Take a look at some of the pictures.
