The venue chose to cancel its CMJ Music Marathon showcase event due to the incident but quickly opened its doors following intense sanitation procedures. CMJ Music Marathon, 34 years running, is one of the world’s most important platforms for the discovery of new music. Throughout one vital week every October, CMJ features over 1,400 live performances in more than 80 of New York City’s greatest nightclubs and theaters.
