Minecraft 1.17 is currently in its developement phase and we’ve been getting a steady flow of snapshots for 2 months. But this week’s snapshots are delayed i.e snapshot 21w11a. So this is the best time to speculate about newer features that might get added.
As the theme of the update is to update the caves and cliffs of the game, there is a lot of room for new ideas and new features that might change the look of the game.
Tameable Dragons!
The ender dragon is the face of the Minecraft game, and ever since its release fans have been wanting to ride it. But the devs have no interest in adding such mechanics to the game.
But what if the Minecraft mountains (only the highest one) were home to a new mob, a new species of dragon. It will be extremely rare to find and tame, and it will reside only on the highest peaks.
More cave Biomes!
Terraria is a game that is everything Minecraft strives to be. Terarria has a bunch of different caves and overworld biomes that make the world feel alive.
Although 2 new biomes have been added to the caves, that isn’t enough. The cave update is one of the most requested updates and they have to deliver great results.
