The land of Die Mannschaft has a large festival culture and one of it’s most revered gathering – Melt! has just announced its first headliners. Alt – J, Jon Hopkins, La Roux, and Kylie Minogue are just some of the blockbuster acts performing this year. Check out the line-up below:

Melt! is Germany’s ultimate “Electronic Meets Rock” festival that takes place in Germany Held in the giant industrial museum Ferropolis, the event spreads over 6 floors, and has a line-up of over 80 live acts over the weekend.

Reviews have described the event as cheerful and elevated, and when temperatures are high, many take advantage of the nearby fresh water lake. This a very busy party festival, where camp-sites are usually packed but friendly, and although the attendance is mainly German, the festival has vast gained a European popularity, with attendance climbing from 2,000 to 16,000 in it’s first decade.
