Mad Decent just announced their plans to expand with a brand new festival dubbed the Mad Decent Beach Party.
After the roaring success of the Mad Decent Block Party around the world, the independent label is all set to unveil their new event series, the Mad Decent Beach Party. The inaugural event will take place on the Presidents’ Day Weekend in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The beach party should, in Block Party fashion, showcase the Mad Decent roster and other associated acts.

Diplo said in a statement, “Presidents’ Day Weekend 2017 I’m taking the Mad Decent crew to the beachfront of the Riviera Maya in Mexico for the first Mad Decent Beach Party. Stay tuned.” Though more details have not yet been announced, a website has been created before the event which should soon be updated. The festival itself will be held in collaboration with CID events, specialists in Caribbean concert vacations.
