Here's The Line-Up You've Been Waiting For - The Secret Solstice Festival!

Iceland’s Secret Solstice festival is a unique festival that happens in the picturesque setting of Iceland during the summer solstice.

Now in their fourth edition, Secret Solstice festival is the ultimate party location on the magical lands of Iceland. Set over the summer solstice weekend June 15-18th, this year, in the center of Iceland’s capital city Reykjavik, festival guests will experience four full days of never-ending daylight due to the close proximity to the Arctic Circle, which has wowed foreign festival guests for the past three years.

With the festival dates just around the corner, here is the final line-up that you need to see so you make your way to Iceland right now!

With a massive line-up that includes both International and local Icelandic talents, festival visitors will witness the performances of Foo Fighters, The Prodigy, Richard Ashcroft, Chaka Khan, Kerri Chandler, and Dubfire. The festival also has something very special in store for all genres. From international hip-hop stars, Rick Ross, Big Sean, Anderson Paak, Young M.A, and Pharoahe Monch as well as local talents, XXX Rottweiler, Herra Hnetusmjör, and female rap duo Cyber.

Punk rockers Hórmónar and Agent Fresco, a band that combines pop, alternative, art, metal, and math-rock are the local talents on the rise and are ones to look out for at the festival. Also making a historic comeback, is punk band Tappi Tíkarrass, of which the now world renowned Björk was a part of. The band made their last appearance in 1987 and their 2017 comeback is a much awaited one.

Dance music lovers, will have a special night in store for them on Saturday, 17th, at Hel when The Warehouse Project will house talents such as Exos, Kiasmos, Krysko & Greg Lord, Nitin back-to-back Droog, and Thugfucker. Ravers will have a surreal experience at night during the set takeover of Anjunadeep, Art’s House, ATG, Circoloco, Crew Love, and SCI+TEC. This surely is a night you wouldn’t want to miss!
