If you are a die-hard music love who owns an iPhone, you are in for a treat.

According to Emojipedia, the latest iOS update will feature a male and female David Bowie emoji, made to look like the cover of his sixth album, 1973’s ‘Aladdin Sane’. The icon that appears adorning the signature thunderbolt across the cheek. is part of larger collection of profession emojis, which includes astronaut, chef, farmer, firefighters, painters and more.

iOS 10.2 also includes updated versions of previously released transportation and food emojis, along with numerous new animals, food items and gestures including face palm, fingers crossed and selfie (an arm holding a phone).

The Aladdin Sane-inspired emoji, was created as a homage to Bowie, who died in January after a long battle with cancer, which he largely kept secret. Just days before his death, Bowie released his final album, ‘Blackstar’, though three of his final recordings had recently appeared on the cast album for his musical, ‘Lazarus‘.
