The DJ will be joining the singer when he heads down to Australia next year.

Martin Garrix, the face behind the club anthem “Animals”, will be joining pop sensation Justin Bieber for the singer’s Australian leg of his “Purpose World Tour”. The duo will take the stage for 5 shows in the beautiful country in March 2017.

The two have been friends for a long time now and are managed by SB Projects’ founder Scooter Braun. Bieber has also been making his way into the dance music genre with the help of collaborations with Major Lazer, DJ Snake and Jack U. This will also be the first time Bieber takes the stage in Australia after 2013.

There have also been talks about the friends working on a few song ideas together but as of yet there has been no solid truth to the matter. Garrix has however been keen on working with the “Baby” singer but prefers to just hang out when they both aren’t busy working.

They even went on a vacation together along with famed videographer Rory Kramer this summer and seem to be making preparations for their visit to the land down under. The DJ will be present for all the stops in the country so fans don’t have to scramble for tickets.

With their combination of producing and vocals, it’s going to be a total party at all the venues. Hopefully, no koalas will be harmed in the process.
