If you thought the two artists’ latest song, ‘Thinking About You’, lacked the electronic musical essence that defines the Dutch DJ, then their remix version will definitely be more your style.
After fans expressed their displeasure from the lack of signature ‘Hardwell sound’ in the original track, the Dutch artist, along with Jay Sean, have roped in Swedish DJ Kaaze to give the song a more electrifying effect for their loyal EDM fans.
As a contrast to the original release which had a more soulful influence from Jay Sean, the newly remixed version will feature a more supercharged collaborative effort from Hardwell and Kaaze along with the R&B vibe and catchy vocals of Sean.
In the new version, the two EDM artists take their time to gradually swoon into their element before they kick into overdrive. Starting off with the smooth soulful voice of Jay Sean, the EDM artists layer it with spacey sounds and drifty melodies. With a combination of powerful sounds and tuneful melodies, the new version is more in-tune to the artists and definitely serves its purpose well.
