Tom Henderson, who is previously known for his leaks on Call of Duty and Battlefield 2042; has claimed that GTA 6 is to be set in a modern-day version of GTA Vice City. The game will be based on ‘Project America’ by Rockstar Games.
Henderson also talks about how Rockstar Games will change the game’s map over time and provide the gamers with DLC and updates over time just like with GTA 5 and GTA Online which proved to be a massive hit. There is also some buzz about the GTA 6 characters, rumors say that we might get multiple playable characters; similar to GTA 5, including a tech-savvy woman, yet no further confirmation is announced on the topic.
Many among the gaming community have been patiently looking forward to the new release in the GTA series just as for long. But the reports indicate that we might have to wait more till 2024 or 2025.
Some other rumours out there say that Rockstar might feature multiple big cities over a long stretch of land connected by small towns. Our character starts out as a small player but ends up being the drug racket kingpin, according to this theory.
GTA 5 being set in Los Angeles along with many of the GTA San Andreas references also backs up the theory of GTA 6 is set in Vice City and it would make a lot of sense for Rockstar Games as well. Miami rumours have been around for a long time now but are most believable now than ever.
