Ice Cube promised us a memorable N.W.A reunion, and what a reunion it was! #FuckThaPolice

Weekend 1 at Coachella is flooding the news everywhere. With so many top of the line classic and new age artists all converging at one point, it is sure to create a buzz. Besides Guns N’ Roses, the legendary N.W.A. all performed together on stage (sans Dr. Dre unfortunately) in a display of, as Ice Cube put it,Β “Tonight, you all about to witness the strength of street.”

The show started out with Ice Cube appearing on an gold chair and then proceeding to perform tracks like Natural Born Killaz along withΒ rapper WC (“Dub C”). Soon after, surviving N.W.A members MC Ren and DJ Yella came on to perform the supergroup’s title track from their 2015 biographical film, Straight Outta Compton, and other iconic records such as Dopeman and the infamous Fuck Tha Police. Ice Cube’s son O’Shea Jackson Jr. and the rapper Common also joinedΒ them during the set.

The best was saved for the last as The Doggfather, Snoop Dogg, made an appearance to perform the hitsΒ Go to Church,Β Chronic 2001 and a bit of The Next Episode though it wasn’t the same without the Dr.
